Keto Chocolate Cake Recipe

The ketogenic diet or keto diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and low carb diets. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat.

Keto Chocolate Cake Recipe

This bold chocolate cake recipe without regular flour has a soft texture and delicious chocolatey flavor. Just try it and see!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fine almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp dutch cocoa or additional regular
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 soy milk 
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Grease an 8-inch pan, and line with parchment. Combine all ingredients and stir, then spread into the pan.
  • Bake 14 minutes until firm
  • Let cool completely before frosting.

Yield:8 servings
